Tynes Deadwood Beach Basic Camp, some call it Dead Mosquito Beach and yes; there are some biting devils here, especially in july. But it might be worth a few drops of blood to experience this Alaskan style beach. The shallow sandy plateau of half a square kilometer are mostly covered by water, but usually goes dry in end of july. Camp is situated in a Forest Reserve with easy Trekking Trails to even more remote beaches. Compost toilet available. Showers and other services at Oldernæs Gård (2,2km). No electricity, just silence... interupted by shrieks of joy and laughter.

NOTE; CAMP IS STILL UNDER SOME CONSTRUCTION AND IT IS RECOMENDED THAT YOUR VEHICEL IS LIMITED TO MAX 5 METERS, 

as camp is very narrow and you risk to get stuck between trees!

§ Campfire only on stones by lake/beach

§ NO FIRE AT ALL WHEN 'NO FIRE' SIGNS ARE VISIBLE!

§ All trash to be taken with you

§ No axe, saw or knife to be used on living trees
